5 Religions Quiz

Today in class we took our quiz on the five religions. I think that I did a good job of studying, and I should pass the test. Sam's quizlet was very helpful, and I learned the information a lot more efficiently than if I just reviewed the powerpoint. For the test, all we had to do was match the religion to each statement. It was a 25 question test, and it was pretty easy, except there were four questions that weren't on the quizlet, or in the powerpoint, so I'm not sure how I did on those questions. We probably talked about those questions during the class where we took notes on the five religions, but I was absent that day so I didn't get that information. Hopefully, I got all of the other answers right so those four questions don't bring my grade down too much. After the test, we were able to write our blogs. Today there was a special bell, so the class was only 45 minutes today.

Our cyber assignment for today is to write a reflection on the thoughts that Mr. Schick posted on his blog. The Coronavirus has completely changed everyone's current lifestyles and routines making it difficult for a lot of people to adjust to the change. It sucks but there isn't anything anyone can do about it because the situation is out of our control. The best thing that we can do is try to make the best out of the situation and also put effort into our school. 10 point assignment; Demographic Transition

Mr. Schick was out today so we had a sub. He gave us the assignment to watch the three videos that he posted about demographic transition and write three facts that we learned from each video. After we finished writing our facts and watching the videos, we have to write about which video we liked the best and why. Khan Academy Video: 1) The growth rate measures how much the population of a country grows or shrinks over some time period. 2) To figure out the growth rate of a country, you count how many people were added to the population, and how many people were removed.
